The shift toward voice user interfaces (VUI) is no longer a "big idea" for annual brand planning. I view it as a functional necessity for the modern Pharmaceutical landscape. By 2026, I have moved my development focus beyond novelty, integrating digital voice assistants into professional creative and clinical workflows to provide high-consequence utility.
Strategic Application and Competitive Pitching
Acting as the lead for Agency of Record (AOR) initiatives for global entities—including IPSEN Pharmaceuticals, Bayer, and Novo Nordisk—I leverage VUI prototypes to redefine how we present "Big Ideas." I developed specific Alexa skills to serve as high-impact catalysts during new business pitches. These tools significantly elevated the "WOW" factor of our presentations while demonstrating my tangible vision for the Internet of Things (IoT) in healthcare. Dual-Purpose Voice EcosystemsI designed my VUI solutions to address two critical pillars of the Pharma lifecycle:
- Commercial Field Intelligence: I architected systems to bridge the gap between CRM data and Rep productivity.
- Logic Extraction: I utilized Intent Handling to allow users to retrieve specific call plans or customer contact history via natural language.
- Efficiency: My goal was to allow Reps to access critical data points hands-free. This ensures they remain focused on customer engagement rather than screen navigation.
Immersive Professional Training:
Simulation: I created voice-driven training environments that mimic real-world interactions for healthcare providers.
Validation: I used these "Proof of Concept" builds to provide a scalable model for advanced healthcare education.
